Traffic Acquisition

i
Every channel bringing visitors to the site, ranked by volume and scored on behaviour. The verdict tells you what to scale (Top), where the opportunity is (Optimize), and what needs a look (Fix / Emerging).

Where your traffic is coming from — and your top channels.

Top: Organic, Paid Search & Referral — 62 of 116 leads on under 13% of traffic. Optimize: Email (40% of traffic, 0.01% conversion) and Direct (73% bounce, declining). Fix: Unassigned & Paid Social sit near 100% bounce (tracking / quality). Emerging: AI Assistant traffic appeared (+3300%) — worth watching.

Note on leads: the Leads / Lead-rate figures here are GA4 key events — use them as a directional trend, not exact counts. Form submissions (Tally + HubSpot) are the source of truth for actual leads (95 in June — see Leads & Engagement).

Organic Search

i
Organic is Bailey's steadiest compounding channel. This slide covers the growth trend; the next slide breaks down which keywords are gaining and losing rank.

Organic bounce rate▲ watch
Source: GA4. Bounce crept up (36% → 44%) as volume grew.
Organic keeps compounding — sessions +23% vs baseline and keywords in the top 10 nearly doubled (77 → 154) this quarter. Gains are on non-branded product terms; the few declines are mostly minor branded fluctuations. Rising bounce as volume grows is worth watching.

Organic Keywords

i
Where we're gaining and losing rank in Google over the last quarter, split by branded (people searching "Bailey") vs non-branded (product & how-to searches that bring new demand). Non-branded wins grow the audience; branded terms show brand health.

Gaining vs losing rank — Mar 27 → Jun 27, 2026 · branded vs non-branded.

Non-brandednew demand
Brandedbrand health
Non-branded terms are winning demand — core products hit #1: gear pump (1.9k), hydraulic motor (2.4k), hydraulic motors (800). Reclaim: directional control valve fell 1→46 (1k vol). Branded is stable near the top, with minor slips (baileys hydraulics 2→7, bailey cylinders 3→6) worth a glance.

Google Ads

i
Paid search performance. "Conversions" here are Google-Ads-attributed and differ from site Leads (Tally + HubSpot, 95) and GA4 key events (116); CPL = ad spend ÷ ad conversions, CPC = spend ÷ clicks. KPI boxes are June (vs May); the daily trend and campaign table cover the campaign period.
Ad spend Google Ads $3,915 Jun 1–30, 2026 ▲ 92% vs prev month May $2,041

Paid scaled hard in June — spend +92% and conversions +60% MoM, with CPC holding steady (−3%). CPL rose to $122 (+20%) as we scaled into higher-volume terms — worth reading alongside lead quality, not as a straight efficiency loss. Lowest CPL: Brand $66 & Generic $93; highest: Work Trucks $183 (capped by budget) & OEM $132. Shift budget toward Brand & Generic, lift the Work Trucks budget cap, and reassess OEM.

Paid Keywords

i
The individual Google Ads search terms behind the paid spend (May 1 – Jun 30). Left = the keywords worth scaling; right = terms burning budget at a high cost per lead or with zero conversions — the places to optimize.

Scale the top performers — fix the high-CPL & zero-conversion terms.

Brand terms convert cheapest (hydraulic bailey $47 CPL, quality score 10), and generic “hydraulic pump” is the volume driver (9 conversions). Meanwhile Work Trucks & OEM broad terms run $190–$338 per lead, and “hydraulic suppliers” + “hydraulic unit” spent ~$260 with zero conversions. Pause the zero-conversion broad terms, tighten Work Trucks match types, and scale Brand + “hydraulic pump / cylinder replacement.”

Leads & Engagement

i
Leads are form submissions from Tally + HubSpot (combined from May onward; Tally-only for earlier months) — 95 in June. GA4 key events (116) track the trend but read higher and are directional only.

Conversion Funnel

i
Site-wide GA4 funnel for June: Session start → View form → Generate lead. A quarter of sessions reach a form view, but only ~2% of those submit — the form is the bottleneck, not the traffic. Beside it: where those sessions landed.

The leak is the form, not the traffic. 4,878 viewed a form, only 108 submitted (−97.8%). /build-custom is the conversion engine (723 sessions → 41 leads, 5.67%); the product pages get volume but few leads. ("Generate lead" is the GA4 funnel event; Tally + HubSpot logged 95 actual submissions.)
